Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

I really hope that you love the items you receive, it means a huge amount to me that you would choose to shop with my brand & with me!  But it's ok to change your mind, we've all done it before!  All I ask is that cancellations are made prior to:

- work being commenced (if making bespoke items)

- items being shipped (for non-bespoke items)

Due to the unique nature of the items at annie and emily, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't offer returns for bespoke items.

For ready-made items, returns and refunds will be accepted within 30 days of delivery however, please ensure you contact me within 14 days to let me know.

Due to the small nature of my business, I am unable to cover return postage costs. Please be aware that if the item is not returned in its original condition, you will be responsible for any loss in value.
